A classically proportioned limestone manor a block from Lake Ontario, built under Oakville heritage-district review.
Every exterior element — Indiana limestone, Vermont slate, copper eaves — was reviewed against Old Oakville district guidelines. Our design-build team managed heritage approvals and site plan control in parallel to hold the schedule.
The interior program balances formal entertaining rooms with a glazed garden pavilion, catering kitchen, and elevator-served three floors.
Landscape, irrigation, and a granite auto court were delivered by our in-house exteriors division for a single point of accountability.
