A cantilevered contemporary home in South Richvale, taken from first sketch to keys by a single integrated team.
Our architectural studio developed the massing around a nine-foot cantilever that shelters the entry — engineered with concealed steel and delivered without a visible column.
Charcoal brick, white-oak soffits, and frameless glazing required millimetre coordination between trades; our design-build model kept every shop drawing in one review chain.
The project cleared Richmond Hill site plan and Committee of Adjustment on first submission — a direct result of pre-consultation with planning staff.
