A Thornhill lower level rebuilt around a 1,400-bottle glass wine cellar and tasting lounge.
The cellar runs independent climate control behind thermally broken steel-and-glass walls, with label-forward display racking in fumed oak.
Outside the glass: a tasting lounge with leather panelling, a humidor wall, and lighting scenes programmed for entertaining.
Moisture management came first — full perimeter waterproofing and a redundant sump system protect the collection.
