A ground-up limestone and bronze estate on a 1.1-acre Bridle Path lot, delivered through our full design-build process.
The brief called for permanence: a home that would read as established the day the hoarding came down. We answered with load-bearing limestone elevations, a copper-clad porte-cochère, and a courtyard laid in granite setts over a heated slab.
Inside, an 11,000-square-foot program runs from a double-height gallery hall to a lower level with a natatorium, cigar lounge, and eight-car showroom garage. Structural steel spans allowed column-free entertaining spaces across the rear elevation.
Our team carried the project from Committee of Adjustment approvals through final Tarion registration, coordinating 40+ trades under one site superintendent.
