A 2,800-square-foot lower level transformed into a Dolby-calibrated screening room, bar, and wellness suite.
The existing eight-foot basement was underpinned to achieve ten-foot ceilings in the theatre volume — a structural sequence our crews completed in staged two-foot sections.
Acoustic walnut panelling, a fibre-optic ceiling field, and a tiered slab isolate the room to NC-25 quiet. Beyond the doors: a backlit onyx bar, glass-walled gym, and cedar sauna.
All electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage work was permitted and inspected through the City of Vaughan without a single re-inspection.
